Reid Haire was re-elected 2010 Board Chair at Audubon Area's
December 15, 2009 Annual Meeting in Owensboro.
Judge Haire served 2006-2008 as Vice Chair of the organization.

Douglas Smith was re-elected Vice Chair of the AACS Board of Directors.

B. James of Owensboro was re-elected Board Secretary
Immediate Past Chairman Rev. Jerry Manning,
a retired banker, ordained minister and financial counselor from Morganfield,
Union County, Kentucky, continues on the Board, having been re-elected
in 2008 in his Consumer Sector seat.
AACS' Board composition remained largely unchanged in 2010. But the
agency is please to welcome some new members: Robert Clum , Henderson, and Marian Keown, Hawesville
Three new alternates also join the Board: Heather Bentley, Allison Stull Crisp's alternate; Ruth Clum, Robert Clum's alternate; and Charlotte
Whitaker, M. Douglas Smith's alternate.
Bridgett Murphy, ECE Program Coordinator, Henderson Community and Technical College, also joined the
Board as its early childhood consultant.

Composition by Sectors.
The Board consists of representatives from three different sectors, low-income,
private, and public. Representatives of the low-income sector shall be elected to
membership and serve for a period of two years. Representatives of the Private Sector
shall be selected to membership, and serve for a period of two years, subject to the
limitations in federal/state laws and regulations. Representatives of the Public Sector
shall be selected to membership on the Board. All public officials serve at the pleasure
of their constituency and shall serve on the Board for as long as they maintain their status of public
official as defined by federal/state laws and regulations.

Terms of the Board and Board Members.
The official term of the Board shall be for two years consecutive and for Board members,
excepting the Public sector representatives, for any two consecutive years from an
Annual meeting to Annual meeting.
