Children who live in the Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire North Apartments in Owensboro were treated to a Halloween party October 29. They played games, ate treats and painted pumpkins.

The two HUD-assisted properties are owned by Audubon Area Community Services and provide residences for 208 Owensboro families.
