Board of Directors Regular Scheduled Meeting Dates for 2026
Our Bylaws state that the AACS Board of Directors’ regular meetings shall be held at least six (6) times per year. Generally, the board will meet on the third Tuesday in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December.
The December meeting is also the Annual Meeting/Holiday Party with the purpose of electing officers in addition to regular business items.
As of this time the meeting dates are scheduled as follows: (All on Tuesday)

- April 21st, 2026
- June 16th, 2026
- August 18th, 2026
- October 20th, 2026
- December 15th, 2026
Audubon Area Community Services (AACS) Board meetings are open to the public and are held both in person and via Zoom, in accordance with applicable rules and procedures. For more information, please call 270‑686‑1600.
*Remember, a Quorum MUST be present for the Board to conduct business so attendance is very important. Please make every effort to attend Board meetings. (Special Meetings may also be called in addition to regularly scheduled meetings but are rare.)
Audubon Area Community Services, Inc. Board of Directors regularly meets the 3rd Tuesday of even months at 1700 West 5th Street, Owensboro, Kentucky. Meetings begin at 12:00 p.m. CST unless otherwise noted and are open to the public.
