Horizon Place
Horizon Place, an elderly and special needs complex, is located at 2220 East 18th Street, Owensboro. The project consists of 34 2-bedroom units.

President's Place
President’s Place has 30 one-bedroom units and 30 two-bedroom units for adult seniors. The lounge for residents includes internet connections and an exercise room.
Logsdon Center is the community Center onsite at the President’s Place Senior Services site. This serves as the manager offices for President Place, as well as the site for a general community center and non-profit start-up hub that we use to support fledgling non-profits throughout our community.

Beaver Dam Village
Beaver Dam Village, adjacent to Mya Manor, features 40 units for seniors 55 years and older. Each unit offers a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookup. Tenants also have access to the community room and playground area. There are 2 units for mobility impaired individuals & one unit for vision or hearing impaired. Mya Manor

The Learning Villa Scholar House
Located at 2245 East 18th Street, Owensboro, The Learning Villa Scholar House is a 56 two-bedroom apartment complex for low-income single and married couples enrolled as full-time students in a post-secondary educational institution. Each unit offers a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
A community building with computer lab and an Audubon Area Head Start child care facility are located on the site. Utilities are included in the rent. Income guidelines apply, call for more information.

Weatherization
Audubon Area Community Services’ Weatherization Program acts to improve the energy efficiency of low-income households. With the goal of lowering utility bill costs for the resident, trained inspectors evaluate and identify air infiltration inside of the home, and correct heating and cooling losses.
Necessary work can include installing insulation, sealing the exterior, repairing duct work, and/or replacing heating equipment. Eligible households must be in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union or Webster counties. Income limits apply. For more information contact your local county office or (270) 686-1670.

Lincolnshire Apartments
Located at 1101 Pennbrooke Avenue in Owensboro, Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire North Apartments offer 208 one, two and three-bedroom units to single adults and families. Top priority status is given to all Veterans of the United States Military. Income guidelines apply, call for more information.
