We are committed to provide quality, integrated health care and human services for vulnerable and homeless individuals and families in the Green River area.

Who We Are

AACCC is a Federally Qualified Health Center funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration 330(h) Healthcare for the Homeless grant. We proudly serve uninsured, underinsured, refugee, and medically underserved populations across seven counties in Northwestern Kentucky: Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, and Union Counties.

Our dedicated team is here to make health care accessible, affordable, and welcoming for every patient who walks through our doors.

We offer a wide range of health care and supportive services designed to meet your needs:

  • Office and laboratory testing
  • Care for acute and chronic health conditions

Referral Services

  • Behavioral health counseling
  • Substance abuse counseling
  • Dental care
  • Specialty health care

Supportive Services

  • Prescription assistance
  • Transportation to appointments
  • Vouchers for dental and eye exams
  • Case management
  • Insurance enrollment assistance
  • Interpretation and translation services

Affordable Care for All

We welcome patients with or without insurance. To ensure affordability, we offer a Sliding Fee Scale based on household size and income.

  • Discounts available for medical, behavioral health, lab services, and immunizations
  • Patients over 200% of the Federal Poverty Level pay full charges
  • No patient will ever be denied services due to inability to pay

Our team can also help uninsured patients apply for benefits through the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange.

Insurance & Payment Information

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans. Claims are filed for you.

  • Copays, deductibles, and co-insurance are due at check-in
  • Cash or checks accepted (returned checks incur a $25 fee)
  • Payment plans available for balances
